Missions
To welcome, inform and assist customers with their requests.
To provide personalized follow-up for each client in order to guarantee their satisfaction.
To present and promote the company's products and services.
Managing complaints, information requests and administrative files.
Follow up with clients, retrieve documents or payments if necessary.
