Accueillir, informer et accompagner les clients dans leurs demandes.
- Assurer un suivi personnalis de chaque client afin de garantir sa satisfaction.
- Pr senter et promouvoir les produits et services de l entreprise.
- G rer les r clamations, demandes d information et dossiers administratifs.
- Effectuer la relance des clients, la r cup ration de documents ou paiements si n cessaire.
- Pr sentation soign e.
- Bon niveau en anglais.
- Excellentes comp tences en communication.
- Bonne ma trise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel).
