  • Assist customers with booking reservations via phone, email, and chat.
  • Modify, cancel, or reschedule reservations as per customer requests.
  • Provide accurate information about services, availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Handling Customer inquiry daily respond to their calls, chats and escalate if it require to the management.
