Assist parents with the registration and payment process.

Follow up with directors and customer service team regarding incidents, follow-ups, and special instructions.

Handle concerns, complaints, and urgent issues with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.

Follow up regularly with all on-site directors.

Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance the parent and child experience.

Build strong relationships with parents to retain customers and boost loyalty.

Go the extra mile with every client to prevent refunds.

Follow up with satisfied customers to encourage positive reviews.

Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager or management as required.
