Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Carina Wear is hiring strong>Customer Service Representative/strong> to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer communication across various channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information related to products, orders, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.

Work Conditions

  • strong>Rotational shifts/strong>, with the strong>last shift ending at 10:00 PM/strong>.
  • strong>Two rotational days off /strong>per week.
  • strong>Location:/strong> New Cairo.
  • strong>Paid training/strong> provided.
  • strong>Medical & Social Insurance/strong> provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree required (graduates only).

  • Strong strong>verbal and written communication skills/strong>.
  • Solid strong>problem-solving abilities/strong>.
  • strong>Good command of English/strong>.
  • High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism.
