Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and project timelines.
Schedule showroom visits, home measurements, and installation appointments.
Follow up with potential clients and support the sales team.
Record and resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
Support after-sales services, including maintenance requests and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales support (preferably in kitchens, furniture, or interior design industry).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good command of English is a plus.
