Roles & Responsibilities

  • We re hiring Customer Service Representatives who speak French, or Spanish, or Portuguese to join our international customer support team in Maadi Technology Park, Cairo.
    If you have great communication skills and a passion for helping people, we d love to meet you!
  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone, chat, or email.
  • Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products and processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance KPIs.

  • Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo
    Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shifts
    Days Off: 2 per week
  • Salary Packages (Total Gross EGP):
  • French: 28,007 EGP
  • Spanish: 28,007 EGP
  • Portuguese: 31,260 EGP

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bilingual: Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1 level or higher).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center or similar).
  • Graduates and undergraduates/dropouts are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts (9 hours) with 2 days off weekly.
