Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, chat, and social media platforms).
- Assist customers with topping up gaming cards (such as PUBG, Free Fire, and PlayStation) as well as chat and live-streaming applications.
- Follow up on orders to ensure successful top-up transactions and resolve any technical issues users may face.
- Provide detailed explanations of available offers and discounts on different cards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and flexibly, and work on resolving them promptly.
- Record transaction data and regularly update customer records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in speaking.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle electronic top-up systems efficiently.
- Preference for candidates with an interest or background in gaming and applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
