Job Title: Customer Service Representative Digital Products Store

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our growing digital products store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by efficiently managing client account top-ups and handling communication through WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer account top-ups accurately and in a timely manner.

Handle and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

Provide information, support, and assistance regarding our digital products and services.

Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
