Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Agent at Sutherland Cairo located in Cairo, Egypt.
- As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- Your day-to-day tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Flexibility with rotational night and overnight shifts
- Fluency in English (B2 - C1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
