Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level) br> Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support br> Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience br> Problem-solving, active listening, & attention to detail br> Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus! br> Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential br> Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
