Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain customer records and update databases
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Support daily administrative tasks when required
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Benefits:
