Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding company services, products, and processes.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Record customer interactions and maintain updated service records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Assist customers with guidance, support, and follow up when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Maintain proper communication standards and company policies during all interactions.
Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and/or Arabic is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office applications.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer oriented mindset.
