Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
Handling O2I process through effective / excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales order. Provides logistics support for domestic and international movement of Products. Communicates and coordinates with other departments and partners to fulfil customers’ needs. The first point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment scheduling etc. Build and maintains business relationship with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service, so as to promote customers loyalty and suppliers’ goals achievement.
Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform:
1. Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system.
2. Place received purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices.
3. Coordinate shipments with carriers. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading scheduling and requirements.
4. Manage Stock levels in specified Warehouse.
5. Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation.
6. Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement, and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments.
7. Enter data into system for invoicing.
8. Track and trace movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times, schedule future orders.
9. Maintain and update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, pricing.
10. Prepare clearance related documents and transmit them to customer accurately and on time
11. Review customers LC and prepare LC documents and transmit them to bank accurately and on time.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer relations, sales and/or order processing experience.
• Computer Skills: Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office and ERP Experience in JDE or SAP.
