Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

  • Perform up-selling, cross-selling, and overcome barriers to close the sale
  • Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner
  • Prioritize tasks dependent on the immediate needs of the business.
  • Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity

The right candidate will be:

  • detail-oriented, conscientious, well organized, and be able to work under pressure.
  • very computer literate.
  • a team player and take instructions as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written & communication skills

  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service.

  • Able to work shifts between the hours of 7am and midnight
