Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform up-selling, cross-selling, and overcome barriers to close the sale
- Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner
- Prioritize tasks dependent on the immediate needs of the business.
- Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity
The right candidate will be:
- detail-oriented, conscientious, well organized, and be able to work under pressure.
- very computer literate.
- a team player and take instructions as necessary
- A fast learner with a passion for sales
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Confident communicator
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to work shifts between the hours of 7am and midnight
