Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about banking products and services.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective problem-solving.
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
Educate customers on various banking products and services, such as online banking, mobile banking, and credit cards, to promote financial literacy.
Identify and address customer needs by offering appropriate banking solutions and cross-selling relevant products and services.
Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, updating information as needed and ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as fraud, lending, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, banking regulations, and product updates to provide informed customer service.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
