Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms (eBay, website, email, live chat, etc.) Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer service queries professionally and promptly Resolve customer issues, returns, and order queries efficiently Assist with creating, updating, and managing online product listings Ensure accurate product information and descriptions are maintained Update internal systems with customer interactions and order notes Work closely with the wider team to ensure high customer satisfaction Follow company processes and service standards at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent written English (this is a must) Previous experience in customer service, preferably online or e-commerce based Comfortable working from home and managing workload independently Basic IT knowledge, including: Using computers confidently Online platforms and web-based systems Email, spreadsheets, and basic data entry Good attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
