  • Document customer interactions, including detailed notes of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Provide personalized support and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate to meet customer needs.
  • Follow company protocols to handle sensitive customer information securely.
  • Track and report recurring customer issues to improve company processes and systems.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to upgrade skills and service delivery standards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or equivalent client-facing position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices in customer service management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude with the desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
