Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at Traverse Global Shipping, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics operations.
  • Stay informed about shipping regulations, industry updates, and company services to assist clients effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding their shipments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
