Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with customers via chat, phone, and email to resolve inquiries and provide guidance.
Be a Wio expert understand our products, features, and ecosystem to offer tailored support.
Champion customer experience by identifying opportunities to simplify and improve our services.
Collaborate with teams across Wio to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
Meet and exceed performance goals around response times, quality, and satisfaction.
Stay curious keep up with new features, policies, and fintech trends to always be one step ahead.
What Are We Looking For
- 1 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills you re clear, friendly, and know how to make complex things simple.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel communication platforms.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus!).
- A genuine passion for helping people and a belief that banking can be smarter, faster, and more human.
Desired Candidate Profile
