We re hiring Customer Support Representatives for a launching account in the food delivery industry no prior experience needed!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support through voice and non-voice channels
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and effective assistance
  • Follow internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using the provided tools

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level required)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible with 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
