Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain deep knowledge of our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Process orders, forms, requests, returns, and other transactions accurately
Record customer interactions and feedback using internal systems (CRM/ticketing tools)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest improvements
Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional experience to all customers
