Looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support through digital channels, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. This involves efficiently resolving inquiries and issues while maintaining company standards for quality and professionalism, ultimately contributing to a positive customer experience that highlights the company's commitment to its clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through processes and ensuring clear understanding.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data protection and confidentiality.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and customer support best practices.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a customer service role, specifically with email and live chat support. Solid business background and understanding of business operations. Proven experience in an e-commerce environment.

- Certifications: Customer Service certifications or relevant professional training are a plus.

- Computer Literacy: MS Office is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) is a must.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
