Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Provide accurate information about furniture and mattress features, benefits, and usage.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to follow up on orders.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems when required.
Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Support showroom operations during peak hours when needed.

Working Conditions
Retail environment (showroom-based).
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 4 years of experience in customer service or retail.
Experience in furniture and/or mattress industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally and calmly.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (French is a plus).
