Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist retail outlet customers with purchasing products.
- Execute sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
- Process cash, debit and credit transactions.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
Years of experience and other skills:
- A minimum of two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverages industry.
- Experience in retail software applications.
- Beverages portfolio knowledge.
- Background in sales, marketing or operations.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues with a professional and calm demeanour.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in sales and marketing or being a graduate of a business-related field is desirable.
Fluency in spoken and written English, with Arabic skills an added advantage.
