Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail outlet customers with purchasing products.
  • Execute sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Process cash, debit and credit transactions.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.

Years of experience and other skills:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverages industry.
  • Experience in retail software applications.
  • Beverages portfolio knowledge.
  • Background in sales, marketing or operations.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues with a professional and calm demeanour.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in sales and marketing or being a graduate of a business-related field is desirable.

Fluency in spoken and written English, with Arabic skills an added advantage.
