Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (M/F), you will be dedicated to managing calls from our customers,
- Provide a very high quality service by expertly handling customer calls.
- Assist customers, provide real added value to each interaction and leave them with a positive impression that meets the requirements of our Company.
- Systematically assess customer needs, address them and exceed their expectations.
You provide everyone with a warm and personalized welcome, and develop a special relationship with them

- Experience required in Customer Service and in managing a client portfolio
- Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both speaking and writing.
