Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer service representative handling inbound calls is responsible for answering incoming customer calls. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they must also close sales.
Reporting to the team leader, his main responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- actively listen to the interlocutors
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
- Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
- To ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect mastery of the French language and Arabic, with good fluency in both spoken and written communication.
- Excellent argumentative skills.
