Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers:
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels. Address their inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding various banking products and services.
Account Related Services:
Handle customer s lease account-related activities, including processing various services requests pertaining to customers lease account as per company s standard policies and procedures. Updating customer information.
Issue resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, disputes, or issues related to customer lease account transactions, account balances, statements, or other service-related matters. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments or supervisors, if required.
Product & Services knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Company s products and services and able to communicate to customers in a professional manner.
Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to customers based on their needs and financial goals. Cross-sell products which have not been availed by the customers based on customer eligibility while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Customer education:
Guide customers through self-service options (Kiosk), and mobile application for online transactions. Provide step-by-step instructions and educate customers on how to utilize these tools effectively.
Team collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Provide support and share knowledge with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Continuous improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes, policies, and systems. Suggest and implement enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
All other ad hoc duties/or activities related to National Finance the line manager request the employee from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma and Equivalent
Graduate within a business or finance field may be preferred
At least 6 months experience in Customer Service
Working knowledge of Computers and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Should possess good/pleasing oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role in the financial industry
