Nice one, a leading innovator in digital retail and e-commerce, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our support team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues including order status, returns, delivery inquiries, and product information while maintaining an empathetic approach.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with Nice one s latest products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate answers and helpful recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
- Order Support: Manage, track, and update customer orders using our e-commerce and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication throughout the process.
- Feedback Collection: Capture valuable customer insights, feedback, and pain points, sharing them with relevant teams to support continuous improvement in our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve more complex inquiries effectively.
- Reporting: Record and track common customer issues, call trends, and resolutions for ongoing analysis and service optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, client support, or call center environments, ideally within e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, supporting effective interaction with diverse customers.
- Comfortable with digital platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and online order management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
- Organized, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic support environment.
- Team-oriented, respectful, and committed to promoting an inclusive and equitable workplace.
