What You ll Do
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and complaints within defined guidelines
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and escalating issues where necessary
* Recommend banking products or services based on customer needs and feedback
* Update and maintain customer records through service requests and complaints tracking
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information and bank data
* Meet service standards, customer satisfaction scores, and call quality targets
* Contribute to business growth through lead generation and cross-selling FAB products
* Ensure compliance with all FAB policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements
* Support unplanned or scheduled shifts to achieve defined performance targets
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma required (higher education preferred)
* 0 2 years of experience in banking or customer service roles
* Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and documentation skills
* Ability to manage calls under pressure while maintaining service quality
* UAE National with a valid family book (mandatory requirement)
