Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support a leading global retail platform by helping deliver innovative products, everyday essentials, and seamless digital shopping experiences to a wide community of users. In this role, you will contribute to merchandising and product initiatives, strengthen relationships with sellers and partners, and help create smooth, customer-focused omnichannel experiences that connect people with the items they love.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
- Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with your colleagues.
- Work rotational shifts 24/7.
Desired Candidate Profile
- C1 written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
- Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
