Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile, broadband, and network-related issues.
- Guide customers through technical steps and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by combining technical knowledge with customer service skills.
- Strong technical ability and interest in telecom/IT-related systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Previous technical support experience is required but not essential.
- Comprehensive training is provided.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Residents of Cairo or those willing to relocate.
