Job Overview
Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? Come join our growing team! We are expanding and currently looking for six enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives to be part of our dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary
Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service processes
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) is required
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM)
A customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
