Sutherland Cairo is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo. We offer a professional, people-first environment that supports growth, stability, and long-term career development.
Position: Customer Service
Salary: Up to 21,500 EGP net (including 15% KPIs) + upselling
Location: New Cairo
Full-Time | On-Site
English Level: B2 or above
Position: Customer Service (Sales)
Salary: 21,500 EGP net during training (including 15% KPIs)
Salary: Up to 28,500 EGP net after certification (including 15% KPIs) + sales incentives
Location: New Cairo
Full-Time | On-Site
English Level: B2 or above
Position: Technical Support (Telecom account)
Salary: Up to 20,800 EGP (including 15% KPIs)
Location: New Cairo
Full-Time | On-Site
English Level: B2 or above
Position: Technical Support (Telecom account)
Salary: Up to 17,500 EGP (including 15% KPIs) + incentives
Location: New Cairo
Full-Time | On-Site
English Level: B2 or above
Position: Sales (Retention B2B)
Salary: Up to 23,500 EGP (including 15% KPIs) + incentives
Location: New Cairo
Full-Time | On-Site
English Level: B2 or above
