Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize on goods daily shipments.

Receive, review and approve all credit notes, and specify reasons for returns.

Receive and review the invoices singed by customer and pass to the archive

Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes.

Coordinate with CLD to order the needed vehicles for delivery and arrange the related documents before dispatching the order to the market (Gate pass, Way bill, invoice, Customer PO)

Release Backorder and notify CSD Manager / Unit head for the related shortage
