Roles & Responsibilities
Provide excellent non-voice support via email, And chat.
Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, platform usage, and technical troubleshooting.
Clearly and accurately resolve issues while strictly adhering to security and KYC/AML compliance standards.
Utilize and contribute to our internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain a professional and empathetic written tone in all customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
English Proficiency: Proven High B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of proficiency in written English, demonstrating excellent grammar and clarity.
Industry Interest: Strong interest in or foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and FinTech.
Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and live chat platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high volume of written inquiries.
