Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain strong communication between clients and internal departments.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Prepare and update documents, reports, and customer records.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Professional, friendly, confident, and able to work effectively within a team.
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
