Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients, handles inquiries about Products and showroom services.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, Answering any Inquires via phone calls and WhatsApp. messages.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including, responding to emails and Complaints.
  • Create Job Orders on CRM, Follow up All Open Orders to be closed and Contact with Specific department to be closed On time.
  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges.
  • Organizing Files For billings, Customer Client and records, etc.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in a similar field are typically necessary, such as in after-sales service or customer care.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for tracking customer interactions and service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a common requirement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are necessary for managing complex service operations.
