Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Receiving customer inquiries and resolving their problems via phone, email, or chat.
Providing accurate and detailed information about products and services.
Record all interactions with customers in the customer relationship management system.
Working in collaboration with multiple teams to ensure the delivery of effective and rapid solutions.
Identifying and analyzing customer problem trends and suggesting improvements.
Contributing to improving customer experience and services provided.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
2-3 years experience in telesales, preferably in the technology or services sector.
Proficiency in the Saudi or Gulf dialect.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ability to solve problems and deal with challenging situations.
Knowledge of different customer service methods and techniques.
Experience in using customer relationship management software.
The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Benefits and working conditions:

8 working hours including rest time.
The first shift starts at 8 am
Changing shifts, last shift until 8 pm.
Working days: 5 days.
Two days off per week (variable)
Working from the company headquarters.
Work location: Sheikh Zayed.
