Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a motivated Customers Service Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, using effective telephone techniques, and providing excellent service across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, and web chat). You will collaborate closely with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and Direct sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and web chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Apply telephone and communication techniques to build positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to support sales and service activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and service follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing orientation on company products and services.
  • Monitor and report recurring customer concerns to management for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of customer service initiatives and participate in team meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service, support, or client relations role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
