Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Inbox, Email, and Website Chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage customer complaints and provide fast, effective solutions.
- Track order status and coordinate with shipping/fulfillment teams.
Sales Closing
- Assist customers in choosing the right skincare products based on their needs.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling (e.g., add Eye Contour, Sunscreen, or bundles).
- Recover abandoned carts and follow up to close the sale.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Post-Purchase Follow-Up
- Confirm orders with customers.
- Follow up on delivery and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve delivery issues (delays, missing items, returns).
- Collect reviews and testimonials after delivery.
Reporting & Coordination
- Document all customer interactions in the system.
- Send daily reports on common issues and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
- Fast typing and professional WhatsApp communication.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Problem-solving ability and patience under pressure.
- Native-level Arabic; Basic English is acceptable.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, or E-commerce.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce, Shopify, or CRM tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot).
- Experience working with online sales funnels.
