Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Inbox, Email, and Website Chat.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide fast, effective solutions.
  • Track order status and coordinate with shipping/fulfillment teams.

Sales Closing

  • Assist customers in choosing the right skincare products based on their needs.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling (e.g., add Eye Contour, Sunscreen, or bundles).
  • Recover abandoned carts and follow up to close the sale.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Post-Purchase Follow-Up

  • Confirm orders with customers.
  • Follow up on delivery and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve delivery issues (delays, missing items, returns).
  • Collect reviews and testimonials after delivery.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Send daily reports on common issues and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Fast typing and professional WhatsApp communication.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and patience under pressure.
  • Native-level Arabic; Basic English is acceptable.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, or E-commerce.
  • Knowledge of WooCommerce, Shopify, or CRM tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot).
  • Experience working with online sales funnels.
