Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct customer support through various channels during business day.
- Follow-up on experts progress with Call Center team leaders aligned with Elabd strategy.
- Resolve customer complaints and responds to all of branches inquires related to customer claims.
- Play a key contact role ( Back Line) with call center team during the seasons.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries particularly the escalated ones.
- Provide feedback and support to the Customer Care team to ensure that all issues are resolved according to CS SLA.
- Support process Improvement and contribute to process optimization.
- Oversee day to day performance and workflow with call center and release any obstacles prevent achieving SLAs and targets.
- Share and provide new updates or changes for call center team.
- Conduct coaching & training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English is a MUST.
