Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through CRM / RMS systems and booking platforms Booking, Agoda, etc

  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
  • Deal mainly with Saudi customers using Saudi white dialect
  • Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Provide high-quality customer experience.
  • Apply sales, negotiation, and upselling skills to maximize bookings
  • Update customer and reservation data accurately on systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 -5 years experience in Customer Service (hospitality or real estate is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM / RMS and online booking platforms
  • Fluent in Saudi Arabic (white dialect)
  • Good English level written & spoken
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets
  • Able to work under pressure and with structured systems
  • Females preferred
  • Preferably residents of Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October
