Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through CRM / RMS systems and booking platforms Booking, Agoda, etc
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
- Deal mainly with Saudi customers using Saudi white dialect
- Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
- Provide high-quality customer experience.
- Apply sales, negotiation, and upselling skills to maximize bookings
- Update customer and reservation data accurately on systems
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience in Customer Service (hospitality or real estate is a plus)
- Experience with CRM / RMS and online booking platforms
- Fluent in Saudi Arabic (white dialect)
- Good English level written & spoken
- Excellent typing speed
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Able to work under pressure and with structured systems
- Females preferred
- Preferably residents of Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October
