Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service operations.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
- Review, assign, and prioritize support tickets.
- Manage escalations and follow up until closure.
- Prepare performance reports.
- Coach and train customer service officers.
- Manage rotating duty shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance Evaluation:
Performance is evaluated based on the approved Customer Service KPI Policy.
