Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily customer service operations.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
  • Review, assign, and prioritize support tickets.
  • Manage escalations and follow up until closure.
  • Prepare performance reports.
  • Coach and train customer service officers.
  • Manage rotating duty shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance Evaluation:
Performance is evaluated based on the approved Customer Service KPI Policy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or Diploma.

  • 3 5 years of customer service experience.
  • 1 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • POS / ECR experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
