u>Mission/u>:
Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be to:
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Ensure compliance with customer & Concentrix quality processes and standards
- Provide regular activity reporting to the client and top management
- Manage and lead a team of client advisors: coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing a support plan for low performers, etc.
- Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure the availability of resources and production means necessary to maintain flows
- Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans
- Provide administrative support to your team (leave, absences, lateness, etc.)
- Alert on problems that could impact production
- Manage production incidents

Desired Candidate Profile

- You have 1 year of experience as a call center manager
- div>You have a perfect command of written and spoken French and English/div>
- You have analytical skills to understand and manage the achievement of objectives
- You have a sense of anticipation and are focused on customer satisfaction and solutions.
- You are organized and rigorous.
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
- You have a sense of listening
- div>You are a force for proposals/div>
- Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission.
- You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet) and telephony
