Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints and work on resolving issues efficiently.
Provide after-sales technical support to customers.
Provide technical support after maintenance and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Act as a link between customers and the maintenance team to ensure clear communication and fast problem resolution.
Follow up on machine shipping and delivery status and update customers accordingly.
Record and track customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer service is must.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic technical understanding (or willingness to learn).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Bachelor s degree is required.
