Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership & Sales Delivery: Lead the National Wholesalers Team to achieve sales objectives through effective resource management, clear goal setting, and team development.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance objectives for distributor accounts, ensuring cross-functional alignment and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build long-term, value-driven relationships with distributors and ensure access to key decision-makers to support Novartis portfolio positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee order processing, logistics coordination, and ensure timely delivery and data accuracy for all distributor transactions.
- Reporting & Financial Oversight: Manage operating budgets, stock in trade, and issue monthly reports on distribution plans, trade loading, and inventory status.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or another field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity role, and at least 3 years in similar position or within the Sales function, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong English and Arabic languages skills.
