Roles & Responsibilities
About the job
The Customer Solution Consultant supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the technical win. He collaborates with sales, support, product, and development teams in order to propose the best-suited deals for potential prospects.
Missions :
-
Qualify potential leads and sales opportunities.

Investigate and analyze prospects' needs.
-
Elaborate commercial propositions including technical and functional aspects.
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reach the needed information.

Prepare high-quality Proof of Concept (POC) presentations for potential prospects demonstrating how we can satisfy their need and convince them of Vneurons solution.

Ensure negotiations and Q/A sessions

Drive market and competitive intelligence
Required profile :

IT background
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Dynamic, self-starter, curious and empathetic
-
Good written and verbal English level
-
Good written and verbal French level
-
Sharp, clear, and structured communicator
Nice to have:

Engineering degree

Experience in IT sales
-
Experience in Pre-Sales position
-
Knowledge in the Risk & Compliance field
