Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Onboarding & Training Guide new customers through the setup and initial use of the product
  • Customer Support & Issue Escalation Handle inquiries and escalate issues via Jira or email.
  • Customer Health Monitoring Track platform utilization and engagement
  • Database Management Maintain and update internal databases with accurate client information.
  • Feedback Collection Gather and report feedback on product features, pain points, and overall satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Recent graduate or graduating this year in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fields.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
