Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Customer Success team to achieve monthly renewal and upsell targets.
Track and analyze team performance, KPIs, and reports on a weekly basis.
Join client meetings with the team to support in key deals and escalations.
Review customer portfolios and ensure proper follow-up on renewals and churn risks.
Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to align strategies and drive growth.
Provide actionable insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (preferably B2B).
At least 1 year in a team-leading or supervisory role.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle escalations and customer objections effectively.
Experience in marketing, digital advertising, or real estate is a strong plus.
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
