Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Halo's solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with our platform. A person who can manage multiple tasks at the same time, and tolerate a stressful startup chaotic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive training and resources to facilitate a smooth transition and effective use of Halo's platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess client usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Renewals and Expansion: Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with Halo's offerings.
- Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to inform feature enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the marketing or influencer marketing industry.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
